Cleanliness, location, and staff were exceptional. The hotel was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining that level of cleanliness every day. The location of the hotel was close to many local attractions and easy to access through public transportation. The staff were courteous and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my stay.

Not one thing to criticize. Everything was up to my satisfaction, and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

During my recent stay, there were a few things that I enjoyed. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was an added bonus. the location of the hotel was quite convenient, as it was close to shops and restaurants.

the room had a damp smell and seemed unkempt.

During my Christmas stay, two things really stood out for me: the friendly and polite staff and the convenient location close to many shops and restaurants. It was also great to have easy access to public transportation. the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

My enjoyment at the hotel was negatively impacted by some aspects. The room was quite small and noisy;

The location was conveniently situated in the market area and bustling with activity. The staff were polite and well-mannered, but unfortunately, that was the only redeeming quality.

The rooms were extremely disappointing - unclean, cluttered, and uncomfortable.
